These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through this website operated by THE AUTHORS HOLIDAY HOMES MANAGEMENT – L.L.C (“we”, “us”, “our”), an Abu Dhabi–licensed entity (Trade License No. CN-5275922). Our vacation homes are marketed under the brand name Chapters.

By accessing or using this website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Booking & Payment

Booking & Payment Terms

We provide fully serviced vacation homes, including apartments and townhouses.

Bookings are generally paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated under a specific promotion.

Prices and payments may be processed in AED or other supported currencies, as displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways, including PayTabs.

Promotions

Promotions & Special Offers

Promotional bookings may be subject to different cancellation or payment terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

In the event of a conflict, the promotional terms shall prevail.
