This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through this website operated by THE AUTHORS HOLIDAY HOMES MANAGEMENT – L.L.C (Trade License No. CN-5275922).
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Free Cancellation
Free Cancellation Window
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.
The full booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
No-Show Policy
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be treated as a late cancellation.
No-shows are non-refundable regardless of the reason for non-arrival.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, subject to your payment provider's processing timelines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Promotions
Promotional & Special Offer Bookings
Bookings made under a promotional rate or special offer may be subject to different cancellation terms.
Any alternative cancellation conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
In the event of a conflict between these terms and a promotional offer's terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
