Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through this website operated by THE AUTHORS HOLIDAY HOMES MANAGEMENT – L.L.C (Trade License No. CN-5275922).
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Partial Refund
Cancellation 3 Days Before Check-In
Guests who cancel their booking 3 or more days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable
Cancellations Within 3 Days of Check-In
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
The full booking amount will be retained and no refund will be issued.
No-Shows
No-Show Policy
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be treated as a late cancellation.
No-shows are non-refundable regardless of the reason for non-arrival.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, subject to your payment provider's processing timelines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Promotions
Promotional & Special Offer Bookings
Bookings made under a promotional rate or special offer may be subject to different cancellation terms.
Any alternative cancellation conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
In the event of a conflict between these terms and a promotional offer's terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
